In fall 2009, the Friends of Chesapeake Gateways and the National Park Service will offer a series of workshops with the theme of “Practical Introduction to Program Monitoring and Evaluation.” Through these sessions, participants will learn to:
- Write measurable goals and objectives for your programs
- Develop and implement an evaluation plan
- Understand various data collection methods used in evaluation
- Report on findings to partners, funders and the public
